How we look after your data
In short and without the legal jargon: where the information you enter in our registration and contact forms ends up. Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How it reaches us
Over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The website is set up so that browsers are not allowed to connect to it without encryption at all.
Who can see it
Tikai pilnvaroti skolas darbinieki, katrs ar savu personīgu kontu — kopīgu paroļu nav. Piekļuvi konkrēta pasākuma reģistrācijām piešķir atsevišķi un var atsaukt jebkurā brīdī.
Protection against bots
Our contact forms use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check. Cloudflare receives technical browser and connection data, but not the message you type into the contact form.
Emails
We send confirmations and replies through the email service Resend (European region), just as every email passes through a service provider.
Backups
Katru nakti tiek izveidota datubāzes kopija, un katra kopija tiek pārbaudīta — lai kļūda vai atteice nenozīmētu pazudušu bērna reģistrāciju.

Hetzner Online GmbH

Resend
Email delivery: registration confirmations and our replies to your messages. Emails are sent from the European region.
Cloudflare
Turnstile protection in contact forms: your IP address and technical browser signals are processed to detect automated submissions. The name, email address and message you enter in the form are not sent to Cloudflare.
